THIS IS A TAX INCREASE. The issuance of $532,582,901 in bonds and the levy of ad valorem taxes, without limit as to rate or amount, sufficient to pay the principal and interest on said bonds (water, sanitary sewer, drainage and storm sewer, organization and administration)

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote authorizes $532,582,901 in bonds for water, sewer, drainage, organization and administration, with property taxes levied without limit as to rate or amount to repay them.

A “No” vote means

A no vote does not authorize the bonds or the tax to repay them.
