THIS IS A TAX INCREASE. The issuance of $798,874,352 in refunding bonds to refund bonds issued for water, sanitary sewer, drainage and storm sewer facilities and the levy of ad valorem taxes, without limit as to rate or amount, sufficient to pay the principal and interest on said refunding bonds

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote authorizes $798,874,352 in refunding bonds for the district's water, sewer and drainage bonds, with property taxes levied without limit as to rate or amount to repay them.

A “No” vote means

A no vote does not authorize the bonds or the tax to repay them.
