Shall the City of Odessa Home Rule Charter be amended by removing Sections 17, 18, 91, 94, and 96 from the Charter as excess or out-of-date language and language that is contrary to state or Federal law?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote removes Sections 17, 18, 91, 94 and 96 from the charter as excess, out-of-date or contrary to state or federal law.
A “No” vote means
A no vote keeps Sections 17, 18, 91, 94 and 96 in the charter.
