Duties of city council: Shall Section 56 of the City of Odessa Home Rule Charter be amended to clarify that the City Council shall have sole authority to appoint certain city employees and shall only set the salaries for the city employees appointed by City Council?

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote states that the council has sole authority to appoint certain employees and sets salaries only for employees it appoints.

A “No” vote means

A no vote leaves Section 56 of the charter unchanged.
