Extension of boundaries: Shall Section 3 of the City of Odessa Home Rule Charter be amended to remove excess language and renamed to authorize extension and contraction of City of Odessa boundaries and to establish procedures for dis-annexation of territory in accordance with State law?

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote renames and amends Section 3 to authorize extending and contracting city boundaries and set disannexation procedures under state law.

A “No” vote means

A no vote leaves Section 3 of the charter unchanged.
