Liability for negligence: Shall Section 12 of the City of Odessa Home Rule Charter be amended to clarify the title of this section to more clearly describe the content and to remove excess language, to clarify the procedure for providing notices of claims to the City, and to provide for immunities from liability in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas?

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote retitles Section 12, clarifies how notices of claims are given to the city, and provides for immunities from liability under Texas law.

A “No” vote means

A no vote leaves Section 12 of the charter unchanged.
