Ordinance; publication of: Shall Section 65 of the City of Odessa Home Rule Charter be amended to amend the title to Section 65 to more clearly describe the content of the section and to eliminate excess language and provide that ordinances shall be published as required by Texas law?

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote retitles Section 65 and provides that ordinances are published as Texas law requires.

A “No” vote means

A no vote leaves Section 65 of the charter unchanged.
