Street powers: Shall Section 15 of the City of Odessa Home Rule Charter be amended to clarify that the City of Odessa has exclusive control and jurisdiction in and over City streets?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote amends Section 15 to state that the city has exclusive control and jurisdiction over city streets.
A “No” vote means
A no vote leaves Section 15 of the charter unchanged.
