City secretary: Shall Section 67 of the City of Odessa Home Rule Charter be amended to delete the requirement that the city secretary shall reside in the City of Odessa?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote removes the requirement that the city secretary live in the City of Odessa.
A “No” vote means
A no vote keeps the residency requirement for the city secretary.
