Municipal court: Shall Section 68 of the City of Odessa Home Rule Charter be amended to delete any requirement that the municipal court judge shall be a resident of the City of Odessa and amended to provide that the clerk of the court shall be under the general supervision of the municipal court judge as provided by Texas law?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote removes any requirement that the municipal judge live in Odessa and puts the court clerk under the judge's general supervision as Texas law provides.
A “No” vote means
A no vote leaves Section 68 of the charter unchanged.
