Fires: Shall Section 26 of the City of Odessa Home Rule Charter be amended to delete excess or out-of-date language and to include language and provisions requiring the City of Odessa to maintain a full-time active fire department?

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote amends Section 26 to require the city to maintain a full-time active fire department and removes out-of-date language.

A “No” vote means

A no vote leaves Section 26 of the charter unchanged.
