Audit and examination of books and accounts: Shall Section 71 of the City of Odessa Home Rule Charter be amended to delete excess language and to provide that the audit of the books and accounts of the City of Odessa shall be performed as required by State law?

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote amends Section 71 so audits of the city's books and accounts are performed as state law requires.

A “No” vote means

A no vote leaves Section 71 of the charter unchanged.
