Recall; generally: Shall Section 85 of the City of Odessa Home Rule Charter be amended to reduce the minimum amount of voters required to sign a recall petition, removing out-of-date language, clarifying the information that must be provided by a petitioner, and requiring the city secretary to review and process the petitions within a reasonable time period?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote lowers the number of voters needed to sign a recall petition, clarifies petition contents, and requires the city secretary to process petitions within a reasonable time.
A “No” vote means
A no vote leaves Section 85 of the charter unchanged.
