Qualified voters: Shall Section 90 of the City of Odessa Home Rule Charter be amended to remove the six-month residency requirement to be a qualified voter so the determination of who is a qualified voter shall be as provided under state law?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote removes the charter's six-month residency requirement so qualified voters are determined under state law.
A “No” vote means
A no vote keeps the six-month residency requirement in Section 90.
