Charter review commission: Shall the City of Odessa Home Rule Charter be amended by adopting a requirement that the City Council shall appoint a Charter Review Commission to review the Charter every five years beginning January of 2030?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote requires the council to appoint a Charter Review Commission to review the charter every five years starting January 2030.
A “No” vote means
A no vote adds no charter review requirement.
