Planning and zoning commission; powers: Shall Section 35 of the City of Odessa Home Rule Charter be amended to require the Planning and Zoning Commission to review and recommend changes to the City of Odessa’s comprehensive plan for the future development of the City at least every five years beginning in 2028?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote requires the Planning and Zoning Commission to review and recommend changes to the comprehensive plan at least every five years starting in 2028.
A “No” vote means
A no vote leaves Section 35 of the charter unchanged.
