Runoff elections: Shall Section 47 of the City of Odessa Home Rule Charter be amended to delete excess and out-of-date language and to provide that runoff elections will be conducted in accordance with the Texas Election Code?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote amends Section 47 so runoff elections are conducted under the Texas Election Code.
A “No” vote means
A no vote leaves Section 47 of the charter unchanged.
