Judge of election: Shall Section 48 of the City of Odessa Home Rule Charter be amended to delete excess language and to clarify that the canvass of the election shall take place as required by Texas law?

A yes vote amends Section 48 to state that the election canvass takes place as Texas law requires.

A “No” vote means

A no vote leaves Section 48 of the charter unchanged.
