Date of election: Shall Section 49 of the City of Odessa Home Rule Charter be amended to provide that City of Odessa elections shall take place on a uniform election date as required by Texas law?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote amends Section 49 so city elections are held on a uniform election date as Texas law requires.
A “No” vote means
A no vote leaves Section 49 of the charter unchanged.
