Vacancies: Shall Section 52 of the City of Odessa Home Rule Charter be amended to provide that the language providing for the procedure for filling a vacancy on City Council follow the exact same language set forth in the Texas Constitution?

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote makes the charter's procedure for filling a council vacancy follow the language of the Texas Constitution.

A “No” vote means

A no vote leaves Section 52 of the charter unchanged.
