Mayor pro tem: Shall Section 53 of the City of Odessa Home Rule Charter be amended to require that a single mayor pro tem shall be selected from among the current members of City Council at the first regular meeting every January?

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote requires the council to select a single mayor pro tem from its members at its first regular meeting each January.

A “No” vote means

A no vote leaves Section 53 of the charter unchanged.
