THIS IS A TAX INCREASE. The imposition of an ad valorem operations and maintenance tax not to exceed $0.50000/$100 valuation of taxable property within the Mountain Shadow Unit I Defined Area.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote authorizes an operations and maintenance property tax of up to $0.50 per $100 valuation within the defined area.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the operations and maintenance tax.
