The reauthorization of the local sales and use tax in the City of Ennis, Texas, at the rate of .0025 to continue providing revenue for maintenance and repair of municipal streets. The tax expires on the fourth anniversary of the date of this election unless the imposition of the tax is reauthorized.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote keeps Ennis's 0.25% local sales and use tax for street maintenance and repair; it would expire in four years unless reauthorized.
A “No” vote means
A no vote does not reauthorize the street maintenance sales tax.
