THIS IS A TAX INCREASE. The issuance of $494,256,000.00 in refunding bonds to refund bonds issued for water, sanitary sewer, drainage and storm sewer facilities, organization and administration, and the levy of ad valorem taxes, without limit as to rate or amount, sufficient to pay the principal and interest on said refunding bonds.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote authorizes the district to issue $494,256,000 in refunding bonds for its water, sewer and drainage bonds, with property taxes to repay them.
A “No” vote means
A no vote does not authorize these refunding bonds.
