THIS IS A TAX INCREASE. An operation and maintenance tax for facilities authorized by Article XVI, Section 59, of the Texas Constitution, not to exceed one dollar and no cents ($1.00) per one hundred dollars ($100) valuation of taxable property.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote lets the district levy an operation and maintenance tax of up to $1.00 per $100 of taxable value for water, sewer and drainage facilities.
A “No” vote means
A no vote does not authorize this tax.
