THIS IS A PROPERTY TAX INCREASE; the issuance of $6,805,000 of bonds by the City of Midlothian, Texas, for the purpose of designing, constructing, improving and equipping a new police department substation, and the levy of taxes sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on the bonds.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote authorizes Midlothian to issue $6.805 million in bonds for police substation, with taxes to repay them.
A “No” vote means
A no vote does not authorize these bonds.
