THIS IS A TAX INCREASE. The issuance of $287,819,000 bonds for roads and for refunding road bonds of the District, and the levy of taxes, without limit as to rate or amount, sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on the bonds
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote authorizes the district to issue up to $287,819,000 in bonds for roads and for refunding road bonds, with taxes to repay them.
A “No” vote means
A no vote does not authorize these road bonds.
