THIS IS A TAX INCREASE. The issuance of $1,007,250,000 bonds for water, sanitary sewer, and drainage and storm sewer systems, including refunding bonds, and the levy of taxes, without limit as to rate, sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on the bonds
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote authorizes up to $1,007,250,000 in bonds for water, sanitary sewer, drainage and storm sewer systems, including refunding bonds, with taxes to repay them.
A “No” vote means
A no vote does not authorize these bonds.
