THIS IS A TAX INCREASE. The issuance of $512,250,000 bonds for roads, including refunding bonds, and the levy of taxes, without limit as to rate, sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on the bonds
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote authorizes up to $512,250,000 in bonds for roads, including refunding bonds, with taxes to repay them.
A “No” vote means
A no vote does not authorize these road bonds.
