THIS IS A TAX INCREASE The issuance of $501,995,000 in bonds and the issuance of $752,992,500 in refunding bonds and the levy of ad valorem taxes sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on the bonds (water, sanitary sewer, drainage, and storm sewer, organization, and administration)
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote authorizes $501,995,000 in water, sewer and drainage bonds and $752,992,500 in refunding bonds, repaid by district property taxes.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects Proposition B.
