THIS IS A TAX INCREASE The issuance of $209,555,000 in bonds and the issuance of $314,332,500 in refunding bonds and the levy of ad valorem taxes sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on the road bonds (paved roads and turnpikes)
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote authorizes $209,555,000 in road bonds and $314,332,500 in refunding bonds, repaid by district property taxes.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects Proposition C.
