THIS IS A TAX INCREASE The levy of an operation and maintenance tax not to exceed one dollar and twenty cents ($1.20) per one hundred dollars ($100) valuation of taxable property
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote authorizes an operation and maintenance property tax of up to $1.20 per $100 of taxable value.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects Proposition D.
