THIS IS A TAX INCREASE; the issuance of $198,412,500 bonds for refunding road bonds (including refunding bonds issued therefor) issued pursuant to Section 52, Article III of the Texas Constitution, and the levy of taxes sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on the bonds.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote authorizes $198,412,500 in bonds to refund the district's road bonds, repaid by district property taxes.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects Proposition F.
