The Reduction of the additional sales and use tax for Economic/Industrial Dev Sec 4A within Kountze, Texas at a rate of one-half percent, and the adoption of a local sales and use tax in Kountze, Texas at the rate of one-and three-quarter percent.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote reduces Kountze's additional Section 4A economic/industrial development sales tax to one-half percent and adopts a local sales and use tax at one and three-quarters percent.
A “No” vote means
A no vote leaves Kountze's current sales and use tax rates unchanged.
