THIS IS A PROPERTY TAX INCREASE The issuance of $19,080,000 bonds for the acquisition, installation, and update of technology equipment in the District; and the levying of a tax to pay the principal of and interest on the bonds and the costs of any related credit agreements.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote authorizes Channelview ISD to issue $19,080,000 in bonds for technology equipment, and to levy a property tax to repay them.
A “No” vote means
A no vote denies Channelview ISD authority to issue these bonds.
