THIS IS A PROPERTY TAX INCREASE The issuance of $30,420,000 bonds for the construction, renovation and equipment of recreational facilities, including the construction of a multipurpose indoor facility; and the levying of a tax to pay the principal of and interest on the bonds and the costs of any related credit agreements.

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote authorizes Channelview ISD to issue $30,420,000 in bonds for recreational facilities, including a multipurpose indoor facility, and to levy a property tax to repay them.

A “No” vote means

A no vote denies Channelview ISD authority to issue these bonds.
