THIS IS A TAX INCREASE Ratifying the ad valorem tax rate of $1.1569 in Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District for the current year, a rate that will result in an increase of 23 percent in maintenance and operations tax revenue for the district for the current year as compared to the preceding year, which is an additional $102,350,532.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote ratifies Cypress-Fairbanks ISD's adopted tax rate of $1.1569 per $100 of valuation for the current year.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects ratifying Cypress-Fairbanks ISD's adopted tax rate of $1.1569.
