THIS IS A TAX INCREASE The issuance of up to $147,200,000 in total principal amount of bonds for water, sanitary sewer and drainage and storm sewer facilities and the imposition of taxes, without limit as to rate or amount, sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on the bonds
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote authorizes the district to issue up to $147,200,000 in bonds for water, sanitary sewer, drainage and storm sewer facilities, and to levy a property tax to repay them.
A “No” vote means
A no vote denies the district authority to issue these bonds.
