THIS IS A TAX INCREASE The issuance of up to $147,200,000 in total principal amount of refunding bonds to refund bonds issued for water, sanitary sewer and drainage and storm sewer facilities, and any refunding bonds related thereto, and the imposition of taxes, without limit as to rate or amount, sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on the bonds

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote authorizes the district to issue up to $147,200,000 in refunding bonds to refund its water, sewer and drainage bonds, and to levy a property tax to repay them.

A “No” vote means

A no vote denies the district authority to issue these bonds.
