THIS IS A TAX INCREASE The issuance of bonds in the maximum amount of Six Million Dollars ($6,000,000) for water, sewer and drainage system improvements and the levy of ad valorem taxes sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on said bonds

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote authorizes the district to issue up to $6,000,000 in bonds for water, sewer and drainage system improvements, and to levy a property tax to repay them.

A “No” vote means

A no vote denies the district authority to issue these bonds.
