THIS IS A TAX INCREASE The issuance of bonds in the aggregate amount of $30,000,000 for water, sanitary sewer, drainage and storm sewer systems and refunding purposes. Taxes sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on the bonds will be imposed.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote authorizes the district to issue $30,000,000 in bonds for water, sanitary sewer, drainage and storm sewer systems and refunding, and to levy a property tax to repay them.
A “No” vote means
A no vote denies the district authority to issue these bonds.
