THIS IS A TAX INCREASE - The Issuance of $114,890,000 Utility Bonds and the Levy of Ad Valorem Taxes Sufficient to Pay the Principal of and Interest on the Debt Obligations to Pay for the Utility Bonds by La Cima Municipal Management District No. 1-A.

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote authorizes the district to issue $114,890,000 in utility bonds, with property taxes to repay them.

A “No” vote means

A no vote does not authorize these bonds.
