THIS IS A TAX INCREASE - The Imposition and Levy of an Operation and Maintenance Tax in an Amount Not to Exceed One Dollar and Twenty Cents ($1.20) per One Hundred Dollars ($100) Valuation of Taxable Property by La Cima Municipal Management District No. 1-A.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote lets the district levy an operation and maintenance tax of up to $1.20 per $100 of taxable value.
A “No” vote means
A no vote does not authorize the tax.
