THIS IS A TAX INCREASE. The issuance of $279,500,000 in bonds and the levy of ad valorem taxes, without limit as to rate or amount, sufficient to pay the principal and interest on said bonds (water, sanitary sewer, drainage and storm sewer, organization and administration).

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote authorizes the district to issue $279,500,000 in water, sewer and drainage bonds, with property taxes without limit as to rate or amount to repay them.

A “No” vote means

A no vote does not authorize these bonds.
