THIS IS A TAX INCREASE. The issuance of $50,700,000 in refunding bonds to refund bonds issued for park and recreational facilities or refunding of such bonds and the levy of ad valorem taxes, without limit as to rate or amount, sufficient to pay the principal and interest on said refunding bonds.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote authorizes the district to issue $50,700,000 in park and recreational facility refunding bonds, with property taxes without limit as to rate or amount to repay them.
A “No” vote means
A no vote does not authorize these bonds.
