The question, as printed on the ballot
Adding the entirety of the service area of Seven Points Volunteer Fire Department, as more particularly described in the Order Calling Election, and that area assuming its proportionate share of the outstanding debts and taxes of Henderson County Emergency Services District No. 1, if the area is added to the District.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote favors adding the Seven Points Volunteer Fire Department service area to ESD No. 1, with that area taking its proportionate share of the district's debts and taxes.
A “No” vote means
A no vote opposes adding the Seven Points Volunteer Fire Department service area to the district.
This is the ballot form for voters who already live in the district.
