THIS IS A TAX INCREASE. The issuance of $904,000,000 in bonds and the levy of ad valorem taxes, without limit as to rate or amount, sufficient to pay the principal and interest on said bonds (water, sanitary sewer, drainage and storm sewer, organization and administration)
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote authorizes $904,000,000 in bonds for water, sewer, drainage, organization and administration, repaid by property taxes without limit as to rate or amount.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects these bonds and the tax to repay them.
