THIS IS A TAX INCREASE. The issuance of $1,356,000,000 in refunding bonds to refund bonds issued for water, sanitary sewer, drainage and storm sewer facilities, organization and administration, and the levy of ad valorem taxes, without limit as to rate or amount, sufficient to pay the principal and interest on said refunding bonds
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote authorizes $1,356,000,000 in bonds to refund the district's water, sewer and drainage bonds, repaid by property taxes without limit as to rate or amount.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects these refunding bonds and the tax to repay them.
