The question, as printed on the ballot
THIS IS A PROPERTY TAX INCREASE; the issuance of bonds in the amount of $3,500,000 for athletic facilities for student use, with priority given to (i) the existing Falls City Baseball Field, which is to be leased by the District from the City of Falls City, Texas and (ii) new softball facilities, and the levy of taxes sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on the bonds.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote authorizes $3,500,000 in athletic facility bonds, prioritizing the Falls City Baseball Field (leased from the city) and new softball facilities.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the $3,500,000 athletic facility bonds.
