A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote adds the City of Crandall's Kaufman County area to Emergency Services District No. 7.

A “No” vote means

A no vote opposes adding Crandall to the district.

This version, marked "Not in District" on the ballot, is for voters inside Crandall's city limits, outside the district today.
